LOCATION: Carver Junk Company @ 206 N Chestnut St in downtown Chaska.

We’ll show you the techniques of mixing, applying, and sealing milk paint as a stain to raw wood, and you’ll leave class with a beautiful new wooden pedestal stand that you’ve stained, and sealed with non-toxic, food safe products – and the confidence to tackle your next project! We handle the supplies and cleanup, you bring your painting clothes {& invite a friend}.

Pedestals are approximately 12” round and 4-1/2” tall. You’ll choose from any color of Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint to use as a stain for the wood. We’ll then assemble the stands in class so you can leave with a gorgeous new farmhouse style pedestal - perfect to use as a serving piece for your next get together for dessert or even bite sized appetizers. When the party is over, leave it up as everyday decor in a hutch or as a table centerpiece to enjoy year round.
